He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a degree as Certified European Financial Analyst (AFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, NHH.

 

Charlotte Berg-Svendsen

Head of Legal and IP Department for global business unit Omega-3 (former PronovaBioPharma group) and head of Strategic IP Management in BASF’s division Nutrition and Healthbroad. Broad experience on managing issues in a business/legal interface, negotiating various international agreements (license/distribution, collaboration/R&D types, M&A), handling complex international issues in the intersection regulatory, commercial, technical and legal fields and developing global IP strategies.

LLM/”Cand. Jur” from University of Oslo, Faculty of Law and Diploma in English Commercial Law, from The College of Law, London, UK.

Co-founder of the computer manufacturing company Norsk Data in 1967, and CEO of the company from 1978 to 1989. CEO of the Norwegian Space Centre from 1997 to 2006. Diploma degree in cybernetics at Norwegian Institute of Technology Knight of the Order of St. Olav 1st. class

Rune Rinnan

Board member

Mr. Rinnan founded Televenture in 1993.  Mr. Rinnan has a top level international and financial experience in telecom, IT, media and the oil & gas sector. From 1993 until 2010, Mr. Rinnan was the CEO and Managing Partner of several Telenor Venture funds. Prior to this, Mr. Rinnan was senior vice president and CFO of ABB Oil & Gas and ABB Signal. Mr. Rinnan holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics (siviløkonom), with a major in finance from the Norwegian School of Management.
